was founded by Herb and Ed Dow as a tent and awning
company serving local markets. Present ownership
purchased the company in 1975 and it has grown
through acquisition and self-expansion.
The markets served are: power sports OEM, power
sports after market and recreational marine. The
company utilizes state-of-the-art technologies and
processes in the manufacture of its products.
