The number on the cheek pad set indicates the thickness in millimeters-thinner pads can be used to loosen the fit, thicker pads can be used to tighten it. All cheek pad sizes fit any J-Cruise II Helmet. To check the original size your helmet came with or to adjust the fit, reference the OEM sizing chart.
