Depending on your location, most ground shipments should arrive within 7 - 10 working days. Most orders are shipped from our California facility. If you reside on the East Coast, expect your packages within 7 - 10 working days. If you reside on the West Coast, expect your packages within 7 - 10 working days. If you just placed an order and you need to modify or cancel your order, the chances are that it cannot be done. Most orders are entered into our computer systems immediately and will most likely have been entered through. To request a change/ addition or modification to your order, please call us at 800-288-0640 M-F 10AM-7PM PST and Sat 11AM-5PM PST. If you want to try to cancel your order, submit our authorized Cancellation Form. If we are able to cancel your order, there may be a cancellation service charge of minimum $25.00. If we are not able to cancel your order, then please refuse the package once it arrives at your door, the delivery driver will bring the package back to us at no charge to you. If you were unable to refuse the package, then you will have to insure, and pay for shipping back to us. You will be charged a restocking fee and will be responsible for any actual shipping fees.Returns and Exchanges

oversized items do not apply. We will pay for shipping back to us for all exchanges, and then back to you.
So you never have to worry about shipping charges! Free freight does not apply to Returns or returns for refunds
(only for exchanges). Free freight only applies to ground shipping. Expedited shipping is not allowed.
Shipping only applies to M-F. Shipping freight must be properly packed and shipped insurance pre-paid.
Items lost in shipment or damaged in shipment is the responsibility of the customer. All original tags, paperwork,
stickers and accessories must be included. All original manufacturer boxes must be in new condition. You have 7 days to
request an exchange. Exchanged merchandise must be in New and Resaleable condition. All used helmets will be rejected.
Any scratches or signs of use will void your exchange. Any washed merchandise is void of exchange.
All returns must be accompanied by an order number, all original packaging materials and paperwork.
All Hot Sale items cannot be returned for exchange or refund. This item sale is final because it's a limited sale item.
