The Tourmaster Zephyr Mesh Pants are built for riders who want maximum airflow, protection, and adaptability for changing conditions. Large high-flow R1 mesh panels deliver direct ventilation to keep you cool, while the abrasion-resistant 450D ripstop stretch polyester chassis provides durability for daily touring miles. Reinforced 600D ripstop stretch nylon overlays with a protective laminate at the knees add extra abrasion resistance where it matters most, and a DWR coating helps shed water and resist stains.
CE-certified Armanox Phoenix soft flex armor comes standard at the knees and hips, offering Level 2 impact protection that moves naturally with your body. A removable zippered waterproof and thermal liner extends the pants' versatility when weather conditions shift. Strategically placed stretch panels, along with slightly pre-curved and rotated legs, create a comfortable riding position on long days in the saddle. Storage is handled with large hand pockets and oversized cargo pockets, while 3M Scotchlite reflective accents enhance visibility. Finished with adjustable waist straps, silicone grip at the waistband, wide hook-and-loop leg openings, genuine YKK zippers, and an 8-inch pant-to-jacket attachment zipper, the Zephyr Mesh Pants are a complete warm-weather touring solution.
