1959 - SHOEI Kako Co., LTD is established and begins manufacturing general safety helmets in Tokyo, Japan.
1960 - SHOEI acquires a larger facility to begin manufacturing motorcycle helmets.
1962 - SHOEI motorcycle helmets earn JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) certification.

The SHOEI X-Fifteen's highly customizable inner padding ensures the helmet stays firmly on your head, on every straight, and in every curve of the race track.

By replacing the side pads of the original size F5 with the optional, thicker size F9, you can tighten the fit of the helmet at this point and specifically adapt it to your individual head shape or personal preferences.
